Real estate decisions can be difficult and complicated, which is why it’s crucial to take an informed approach. It is better to know exactly what you’re buying, before you buy it! Getting a home inspection is very important in the buying process. This allows you to gain the information you need to make the best decisions for you and your family.
What we cover...
Our home inspections include thorough, visual investigations of readily accessible areas of the home, major systems and their components. This includes the structure of the home, the foundation, interior and exterior, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, attic and crawlspace. We also inspect electrical main panels, visible wiring, receptacles, and lighting. Our goal is to report any visual deficiencies we can, and leave you feeling sure of the information you receive about your potential home.
